To ensure a strong launch, in the spring of 2023, IHDF-MKE hired Dan Schiller an experienced organizational leader with more than 18 years of service in the nonprofit sector, including positions of program and executive leadership and time spent as an organizational consultant where he helped multiple organizations through start-up phases and/or stagnant times, building to sustain high-quality services that continue to this day. 

In the 2023-24 school year the team grew to add a dedicated Director of Program Services, Mentor Coordinator, a Family Engagement and Program Coordinator, a Program Youth Coordinator, and an Operations Assistant to provide critical services and support to Dreamers and their families.
